Pepperjack drinkers love nothing better than a great steak…Just as different steak cuts have different flavour, texture and appeal - so does wine. Winemaker Richard Mattner and head chef of Salter's restaurant at Saltram, Scott Liddell, experimented with different steaks to create two wines that perfectly suit the characters of either a Scotch Fillet or Porterhouse.
