So what exactly are they? Our Wafer Cannoli are a rolled cylindrical wafer, light brown in colour. Not to dissimilar to Cannoli shells, the Wafer Cannoli are an empty crispy shell. Lined with a smooth thin choc coating on the inside, keeping them crisp and fresher longer. Our Wafer Cannoli are baked which means they contain less calories than a traditional cannoli shell. And made right here in Australia.

Like its friend the Cannoli Shell, Wafer Cannoli can be filled with: Vanilla or chocolate custard,  Ricotta,  Mouse, Chantilly cream, Soft Serve, Ice Cream or Gelato,  Whipped cream
